The Company
PECO, Professional Engineers Electro Mechanical Contracting, has built MEP systems across the UAE since 2007. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing are the parts of a building nobody notices until they fail. Getting them right the first time is the work.
The company delivers full MEP packages as a specialist subcontractor, working under the region's main contractors and engineering consultants, from Adnan Saffarini to GHD Europe. That work spans residential and commercial towers, hotels, factories, labour accommodations, and private villas across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.
The engineering is led by mechanical engineers trained with the air-conditioning suppliers and factories of the United States and Europe. Behind them is a workforce of engineers, supervisors, and technicians who install, modify, refurbish, and maintain systems on live sites, on programme, to the standard the drawings specify.

Health & Safety
Safety is a statutory responsibility PECO accepts in full. On every site, the company takes all reasonable steps to protect the health and safety of its own workforce, its subcontractors, and anyone affected by the work.
That commitment runs through four standing policies: how accidents and incidents are recorded and reported, what each employee is responsible for, who holds accountability for the safety policy itself, and the general standard the company holds across all of it.
On an active MEP site, safety is not paperwork. It is method statements followed, permits in place, and the discipline to stop work when conditions are not right.
