Services

Mechanical, electrical, plumbing.

Supply, installation, modification, refurbishment, and maintenance across residential, hospitality, industrial, and villa projects in the UAE since 2007.

01 / Supply & Installation

Supply & Installation

PECO supplies and installs complete MEP systems: HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical works, from procurement through commissioning. Equipment supply runs through PECO's dealerships with major air-conditioning suppliers, which puts selection, lead times, and pricing under one contract instead of splitting supply and installation across parties.

Installation is delivered by PECO's own engineers, supervisors, and technicians, working as a subcontractor under the project's engineering consultant and main contractor. The same scope has been executed across residential towers up to 2B+G+24+HC, hotels, factories, mosques, and villa compounds.

Engineering management is held by mechanical engineers trained with major A/C suppliers and factories in the USA and Europe, which keeps equipment selection and installation practice aligned with manufacturer requirements.

02 / Modification & Enhancement

Modification & Enhancement

Buildings change after handover: occupancy shifts, capacity requirements grow, and systems installed a decade ago no longer match how the building is used. PECO modifies and enhances installed MEP systems to close that gap, across HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical works.

The work runs from rerouting and extending existing services to upgrading equipment for higher capacity or efficiency, executed against the consultant's specification and coordinated with the building's operation so occupied floors keep running.

Because PECO supplies and installs as well as modifies, the same engineering judgment that sizes a new system is applied when altering an existing one. Modification is engineering work, not patchwork.

03 / Refurbishment

Refurbishment

Refurbishment at PECO starts with inspection, not replacement. Engineers assess the installed MEP systems first, then decide per item of equipment whether repair, replacement, or renovation is the right call. The result is a refurbishment plan grounded in the actual condition of the systems rather than a blanket swap-out.

The scope covers aging HVAC plants, plumbing networks, fire protection systems, and electrical installations. Where replacement is the answer, PECO's dealerships with major air-conditioning suppliers carry equipment selection and procurement under the same contract as the works.

The same crews that install new systems execute the refurbishment: PECO's own engineers, supervisors, and technicians, managed by mechanical engineers trained with A/C suppliers and factories in the USA and Europe.

04 / Maintenance

Maintenance

MEP systems determine whether a building works: cooling, water, power, fire protection. PECO maintains all four disciplines with its own technicians and supervisors, keeping systems running at the performance the consultant originally specified.

Maintenance is where PECO's supply relationships pay off for the building owner. Dealerships with major air-conditioning suppliers mean parts and replacement equipment are sourced directly, without a chain of intermediaries between the building and the manufacturer.

For buildings PECO installed or refurbished, maintenance closes the loop: the contractor that put the systems in is the one keeping them running, and accountability stays in one place across the building's life.
