QA/QC Engineer

PECO is hiring a QA/QC Engineer to own quality assurance across MEP packages on our Dubai sites. You will manage the inspection workflow with the project consultant and keep every installation traceable against approved drawings, specifications, and authority regulations.
The role runs the full quality cycle: project quality plans, inspection test plans, and method statements at the front end, daily inspection requests and workmanship audits during execution, and complete documentation packs at testing, commissioning, and closeout.
You will work across residential towers, hotels, factories, and villas, with consultants who expect inspection records that stand up to scrutiny.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project quality plans, inspection test plans, and method statements.
- Raise and close inspection requests with the consultant at each stage of MEP installation.
- Audit site workmanship against approved drawings, specifications, and authority regulations.
- Maintain calibration, material approval, and test certificate records through to handover.
- Compile QA/QC documentation packs for testing, commissioning, and project closeout.
Requirements
- Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- 3+ years in a QA/QC role on MEP packages in the UAE.
- Familiarity with consultant inspection workflows and UAE authority requirements.
- Strong documentation discipline across ITPs, NCRs, and material submittals.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
